Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the notice "I understand that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limits use of this account to qualified medical expenses and any non-qualified expenditures must be reported to the IRS" is required to be on the back of our HSA debit cards? We currently have it on the back of our debit cards but we recently began issuing Instant Issue Cards and it does not print on the back of these. We are looking into adding it but was asked by our bank President if it was a regulatory requirement or not? It is also listed in our HSA EFT disclosure that is handed out at account opening.
